Company NewsRoss-Hime Designs, et. al and KVH Industries Settle Patent Infringement Suit and Reach Licence Agreement Ross-Hime Designs, et. al and KVH Industries have settled the patent infringement law suit that was pending in the District of Minnesota. In exchange for an undisclosed licensee fee, KVH Industries has received a license for its sales of certain of its stabilized satellite communications antenna products that include robotic wrist actuator technology under U.S. Patent Nos. 4,723,460 and 4,729,253 and 4,686,866, originated by Mark E. Rosheim.
