The deceptively simple design of the Omni-Wrist belies its robust features:

  • 80 degrees pitch/yaw and 360-degrees roll

  • Internal cable routing.

The Omni-Wrist produces an unmatched level of precise movement while providing a full 180 degrees of motion.

The original Omni-Wrist design was the first mechanical wrist to solve the problem of singularity, which is the inability to make certain motions within the work-envelope. Subsequent designs maintain that level of precision while increasing weight capability and accommodating larger cables through the central access port.
